Pricelist

Prices for entire cottage rental:

Returning guests and longer stays are offered with individual discounts.

Outside of July and August, electricity or wood for heating is charged separately. This is a typical practise of the Czech Republic accommodation providers and responds to the unstable energy costs. The wood price is 100 CZK per a large basket. If you collect a replacement raw wood (thicker sticks/branches) from forest, the consumed dry wood is free!

Price includes electricity (in July and August), water, internet, bed linen, towels, final cleaning and local municipality fees. 

We prefer week stays with arrival on Saturday. Shorter stays are possible during low season and especially last-minute. Feel free to contact us. 

Dog 300 CZK / week.

We charge 25% deposit of the total price - IBAN in EUR, CZK or via PayPal, Revolut. The rest is due 10 days before arrival.

Cancellation policy:
- 30 or more days before arrival: everything is refunded fully
- between 30 and 10 days before arrival: cancellation fee is 25% of the total price (so the deposit is not refunded)
- 10 or less days before arrival: cancellation fee is 100% of all amount paid unless exceptional reasons
